The Business under Surveillance (BUS) program helps poor-performing companies improve their workplace safety and health (WSH) performance by developing and implement a safety and health management system.
This BUS program is divided into two phases: Assessment and Surveillance.
In the Assessment phase, MOM's Occupational Safety and Health Division (OSHD) will conduct a review on the company's risk assessment and management system. If the company fails the assessment, it will come under surveillance.
In the Surveillance phase, the Organization's management must develop and commit to a comprehensive and sustainable action plan.
Dynamic Safety experts will provide the requirements of the BUS program to improve their workplace safety and health performance to develop and implement the management system.
