Facility Technician

1. Manage card reader system for creating employee ID badges, access codes, and routine database backups.
2. In addition to providing customer service, provide information about different maintenance activities and employee ID badge requests.
3. The workstations should be configured again based on the requirements.
4. Work order assignments are processed and completed.
5. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire office maintenance program.
6. Coordinate special projects with outside vendors and contractors, as well as members of the building engineering team.
7. Organize special events and manage the facilities.
8. Provide security administration and fire extinguisher safety checks for office buildings.
9. Provide technical support for test and building operations by monitoring and repairing facilities systems and technical devices.
10. Renovate cubicle furniture and conduct general building repairs.
11. Toxic gas detection and fire alarm systems should be monitored and assisted to function smoothly.
12. Provide assistance in managing hazardous waste.
13. Be a member of the Emergency Response Team when needed.
14. Maintain complex equipment, troubleshoot problems, dismantle, repair, and reassemble it.
15. Ensure that casino facilities and equipment are installed, cared for, and repaired on time
