Fire safety managers have the following duties:

1. Maintain compliance with the provisions of the Emergency Response Plan at all times

2. Monitor the maintenance of all fire safety work in the premises

3. Ensure that any part of any building does not exceed the maximum occupant load prescribed by the Fire Codeat all times

4. Check the premises daily for fire hazards and remove them or arrange for their removal if any are found

5. (i) Develop and execute an Emergency Response Plan for the premises, and distribute that plan to the tenants

   (ii) conduct fire drills for the tenants at least twice a year, or on such occasion as the Commissioner may determine.

6. Make sure all occupants are familiar with the escape routes in the building

7. Prepare fire safety guides for residents of the premises and train, coordinate, and supervise the Company Emergency Response Team for the premises in first-aid, fire-fighting, and evacuation in the event of a fire or other emergency.

8. Ensure that the premises' occupants are trained in first aid, firefighting, and evacuation in case of fire or other emergency

9. In the event of a fire or other emergency, coordinate and supervise evacuation of the occupants of the premises

10. Manage the Fire Command Center in the event of a fire or other emergency
