Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS)
The Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS) was presented to raise the environmental awareness and professionalism of builders.
It is also a standard of a builder’s corporate social responsibility to the environment and public in the time of the construction of projects.
It goals to:
1. Increase environment protection during the construction of projects.
2. Set principles for gracious practices. These practices improve the image of our builders and the built environment zone, particularly amid neighbors and residents who may be affected by construction activities near them
3. Increase adoption of productive construction patterns, which can reduce on-site construction activities and/or shorten construction time on site. This remits inconveniences to the public.
