Is it mandatory for a company to have bizSAFE?
The bizSAFE certification is not mandatory.
However, companies are strongly encouraged to participate in bizSAFE.
A bizSAFE certification provides companies with the ability to implement a Risk Management System or WSH Management System, as well as acquire WSH capabilities.
In order to implement proper risk management, companies can appoint Risk Management (RM) Leaders to attend bizSAFE level 2 "Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan" training.
