The Duties of a Fire Safety Manager include:
    1. Compliance with the Emergency Response Plan must be maintained at all times
   2. Ensure that all fire safety work is maintained in the premises
   3. At all times, ensure that no part of any building exceeds the maximum occupant load prescribed by the Fire Code
   4. Make sure the premises are free of fire hazards and remove them or arrange for their removal if any are found
   5. Prepare and implement an Emergency Response Plan for the premises, and provide that plan to the tenants, and conduct at least two fire drills per year for the tenants.
   6. The escape routes in the building should be known to all occupants
   7. Fire safety instructions should be prepared for residents and the Company Emergency Response Team should be trained and supervised in first aid, firefighting, and evacuation if there is a fire on the premises.
   8. Firefighting, first aid, and evacuation training should be provided to the premises' occupants in case of an emergency
   9. Coordinate and supervise the evacuation of the premises' occupants in the event of a fire or other emergency
  10. In the event of an emergency or fire, manage the Fire Command Center
