As per WSH regulations 2009, it shall be the duty of the occupier of construction worksite to appoint a workplace safety and health auditor to audit the safety and health management system of the workplace.
Any worksite with a contract sum of $30 million or more than that need to register for ConSASS Audit two months after its registration.
Also, the construction worksite needs to undergo ConSASS Audit once in every 6 months after initial audit completion.
