Importance of first aid courses
Everyone benefits from knowing First Aid, both as an individual and as a community member. It allows for persons to be bruised in the case of an accident or emergency until help arrives. Since First Aid skills can be used at home, at work, or in public places, the more first aid certified individuals there are in a community, the safer it becomes.
Having First Aid certification not only benefits you, but also your family, friends, co-workers, and even the community as a whole. Despite the fact that accidents and emergency situations may seem inescapable or unpreventable, they are not always preventable.
Therefore, we should have a minimum of basic knowledge of First Aid amongst as many of us as possible.
