OVER TIME EXEMPTION AUDIT - Auditing
The risk levels of work activities that companies require their employees to perform beyond 12 hours a day must be assessed.
Those who wish to qualify for overtime exemption must undergo this audit. An MoM Approved WSH Auditor must be listed with SAC Approved Auditing Organisation in order to perform the audit.
During our Audit, we will verify that the work activities outlined under Annex A of our Overtime Exemption Application are LOW risk and none of the activities are performed over time.
