An organization's Quality Management System must meet the following requirements according to ISO 9001:2015.
1. Continue to provide products and services that meet customer and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Enhances customer satisfaction through effective use of the system, including processes for improving the system and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
3. ISO 9001:2015 applies to all organizations regardless of their size, type, or products and services.
