RISK MANAGEMENT AUDIT (BIZSAFE LEVEL 3 & BIZSAFE STAR)
The objective of Risk Management Audit is to estimate organization’s compliance with WSH (Risk Management) Regulations and bizSAFE Level 3 Requirements.
This audit is applicable to those organizations who are going for bizSAFE Level 3 and bizSAFE STAR acknowledgment.
The audit will be perfomed by MOM Approved WSH Auditors employed by MOM Approved WSH Auditing Organizations. The audit covers document review, site check on verifying performance of risk control measures and meeting of key personnel. Documents such as training verification, OHS Policy, risk assessment procedure, risk evaluation report, safe work procedure and related assessment records will be checked during the audit.
