Builders are encouraged to become more environmentally aware and professional by joining the Green and Gracious Builder Scheme (GGBS).
The environmental and social responsibilities of a builder are also addressed during the construction process.
The purpose of the project is to:
1. Improve environmental protection during construction.
2. Identify gracious practices and set principles for them. As a result of these practices, our builders and built environment zone have a better reputation, especially among neighbors and residents who may be affected by construction activities in their neighborhood.
3. Increasing the adoption of productive construction patterns, which can reduce on-site construction activities and/or shorten construction times. As a result, the public will not be inconvenienced.
