WSQ-Emergency Response and Crisis Management Development and Implementation (ECM) course lays out the technical, implement skills, as well as how to frame the safety security plan for executing the plan in the event of an emergency.
Course contents:
1. Establish and maintain proper ERCM procedures.
2. Plan, conduct, and evaluate emergency drills.
3. Determine if ERPs are effective.
4. Communicate with the crisis management team when an incident occurs.
5. Make sure external support is available if needed.
It is mainly supervisors and senior/lead technicians working in the chemical and energy industries that need such competencies.
