Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Closed
Requirements
- Must be a registered RTO with a relevant diploma
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- To Oversee the commencement implementation, completion and handing over of all items of work included in the contract
- To ensure the project and its related works are constructed as per contract document and site instruction
- To carry out site supervision, inspection and monitor progress of the works
- To check that contractor executes preliminaries items
- To check all drawings, bills
- To attend all site meetings and report progress of works during the site meetings
- To verify reports and claims submitted by contractor
- To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works
- To keep accurate record of variations as instructed
